OUR LATEST COMMITMENT TO QUALITY AND SERVICE!!!
In 2012 we made a large investment in a new Enterprise Resourse Planning System (ERP System). This new software will create significant improvements all areas of our business. The software is currently being phased in and will be fully functional by January 2013.
What does this mean to our customers? Our new ERP system will allow for:
- faster turn arounds on requests for quotation
- computerized machine resource scheduling to aid with and track on time deliveries
- barcoded job travellers to provide real time job progress reporting allowing us to keep customers better informed of the progress of their orders
- computerized real time quality reporting on the shop floor at each step of manufacturing allows us to catch quality issues early in the process
- tracking, reporting and correcting quality issues with the aid of NCR's, CAR's, etc. and providing a paper trail to satisfy ISO compliance standards
In keeping with our philosophy of continuous improvement, we felt that pursuing a new direction in terms of an all emcompassing business management ERP System was absolutely necessary to meet the evolving quality demands of our customers. Our current and future customers will soon see evidence of the latest in our ongoing efforts to improve quality and service.
