Paul Swift, the current owner, embarked on his machining career at the young age of 16. He completed a four-year apprenticeship at a large manufacturing company in the UK, achieving the highest industry standards. With qualifications in both the UK and Netherlands, Paul honed his skills and established York Industries in 1990. His commitment to excellence has been the cornerstone of the company’s success.

Ten years ago, Paul’s son, Keith Swift, joined the company and completed his apprenticeship with York Industries. Keith has been instrumental in driving the company's modernization efforts, ensuring that York Industries stays ahead of industry trends. Under his leadership, we have embraced cutting-edge technologies, such as Mastercam software, high feed milling, and the use of 3D modeling to improve efficiency, precision, and overall product quality.
